Who we are
XYLO is a merchant services and business technology brand operated by Kool Home Inc., based in Alexandria, Virginia, serving small businesses across the United States.
What this site collects
When you submit the request form we collect the business and contact details you enter: restaurant name, contact name, phone, email, city and state, plus the optional questions about your current systems. We also record how you arrived — campaign parameters such as utm_source and utm_campaign, the referring page, the landing page, and the time of submission — along with your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address used for abuse prevention.
This site does not collect cardholder data, bank credentials, processor passwords or Clover credentials, and you should never send those to us by email or web form.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and deliver the technology and processing review you asked for, to contact you about it by your preferred method, and to keep records of our own marketing performance. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted; consent is not a condition of purchase and you can opt out at any time by replying to any message or calling us.
Who we share it with
Your submission is stored in our own systems and may be passed to service providers who act on our behalf: our email provider, our scheduling provider (Calendly, when you book a time), and the payment processors or technology partners needed to prepare a quote for you. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and measurement
We set a first-party cookie that records which campaign brought you here, so we know which advertising is working. If advertising or analytics tags are enabled on this site, those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
Keeping and removing information
We keep lead records for as long as needed for the sales relationship and our business records. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
